Today is July 18, 2012. It is exactly one year ago to the day that I began my practice of taking a morning walk. I am happy to say that I have not missed a single day in this practice. I have gone out every day, rain or shine and walked. I have had some walks that were somewhat shorter, but I usually walk from three quarters to a full mile each day.
Contrary to what I have been told, it does nothing for losing weight. Yet, I stick to it, and I wonder if I will make a similar posting on July 18, 2013???
